Hey, guys! It's Friday which means another beauty fact for you lovelies.

Eight hours of sleep can help you lose weight! - Experts say that we should aim for at least eight hours every day. It helps us lose weight because, obviously we're not eating while sleeping, but in addition not getting enough sleep prevents us from burning calories .... so go to bed and rest up (after you leave me a comment of course ;)!)

I wish i could get 8 hours sleep at night by the time im in from work i need a couple of hours to wind down before i can. Going to make sure i get it this weekend tho!
